Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup
Dessicated coconut - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Esc - 1 tsp
Milk - 1-2 tsp
Method:
Wheat flour - 1 cup

Method:
- In a bowl add butter and sugar and mix till creamy.
- Add in flour, coconut, esc and mix well.
- Add milk(if needed) and knead to soft smooth dough.
- Freeze it for 10 mins.
- Make small balls and press it.
- Dust it with dessicated coconut.
- Line a baking tray and place these cookies.
- Bake them in a preheated oven(OTG) at 180°C for 15-18 mins.
