Eggless TuttiFrutti Muffins

Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Oil - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Esc - 2 tsp
Curd - 1 cup
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1 1/4 tsp
Tutti frutti - 2-3 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Milk - 1/4 cup

Method:

  • In a bowl take tutti frutti and add tsp of flour and toss and set aside.
  • In other bowl take sugar, oil and vanilla esc and mix well.
  • In other bowl take curd, add baking powder and baking soda.
  • Set aside for 5 mins.
  • Then add sugar mix and mix well.
  • Add flour, salt and mix well.
  • Add milk and mix up. 
  • Add little tutti frutti and mix well.
  • Line a muffin tray and pour this 3/4th of this batter in each cup.
  • Sprinkle tutti frutti on top.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 20-25 mins.
