Ingredients:
Idiyappam - As reqd
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilly - 2
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Cashewnuts - 6
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Oil - 2 tbsp
Method:
- Take the steamed idiyappam and crumble it and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and cumin seeds.
- Add in urad dal and curry leaves.
- Also add cahsew and green chillies.
- Cook in low flame.
- Add crumbled idiyappam and give a toss.
- Serve hot.
