Ingredients:
Idiyappam - As reqd
Coconut - 3/4 cup (grated)
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cashewnuts - 6
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Method:
- Take the steamed idiyappam and crumble it and set aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashews and set aside.
- Cook in low flame.
- Add the grated coconut and saute for a while.
- Add in sugar and mix well.
- Add crumbled idiyappam and give a toss.
- Sweet idiyappam is ready.
