Sweet Idiyappam


Ingredients:

Idiyappam - As reqd
Coconut -  3/4 cup (grated)
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cashewnuts - 6
Ghee - 2 tbsp

Method:
  • Take the steamed idiyappam and crumble it and set aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashews and set aside.
  • Cook in low flame.
  • Add the grated coconut and saute for a while.
  • Add in sugar and mix well.
  • Add crumbled idiyappam and give a toss.
  • Sweet idiyappam is ready.
