Potato - 5 (boile & mash)
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Green chilly sauce - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 2 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - Little (fine chop)
Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
Salt, Oil - As reqd
Corn Marination:
Baby corn - 8
Pizza seasoning - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
Garam masala - a pinch
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1/2 tsp or lime juice - 1/2 tsp
Salt - As reqd
Method:
- Boil water in a pan and when it bubbles add in corn and cook for 2 mins.
- Strain the water and slit the corns.
- Now in bowl add items under "Corn marination" except corn.
- Mix well.
- Apply this paste to slit corns and set aside.
- Heat a pan and add a tsp of oil.
- Place the marinated corn pieces and cook both sides for 1 min each.
- Set this aside.
- In other bowl add the mashed potates, ginger garlic paste.
- Add in green chilly sauce, coriander leaves, salt and corn flour.
- Mix this well.
- Take a small ball and spread it with your fingers.
- Place the fried corn and wrap it with mashed potato mix.
- You can either apply oil in your fingers or dust with flour.
- Roll it in crumbs and set aside.
- Heat oil in pan and fry these corns.
- Serve hot with sauce.
