Ingredients:
White Chocolate - 125 g
Milk - 1 cup/ 200 ml
Corn flour - 1 1/2 tbsp
Glazed cherries - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Fresh Cream - 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Method:
- Boil milk in a pan.
- Keep in low flame and boil it.
- Boil till it reduces to 3/4 cups.
- Add salt and turn off heat.
- Mix corn flour in 1 tbsp of water.
- Add this to milk and mix well.
- Now boil this mixture for a min or so.
- It should thicken, it takes app 2 mins.
- Now add chopped chocolates and stir till it melts.
- Set aside to cool.
- Now refrigerate this mixture for 15 mins.
- Refer Step 1 picture.
- After this step add in chopped cherries and mix well.
- Refer Step 2 picture.
- Now refrigerate this.
- In a bowl add the fresh cream and beat till you get stiff peaks.
- Now gently add the refrigerated mix to this cream and mix.
- Transfer this to a bowl and refrigerate.
- Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
- Scoop and enjoy.
Note:
- When you beat fresh cream, do whip over and icebath.
- Also refrigerate the bowl and blades of beater till you use.
- Then do the whipping.
