WhiteChocolate Cherry Icecream

Ingredients:

White Chocolate - 125 g
Milk - 1 cup/ 200 ml
Corn flour - 1 1/2 tbsp
Glazed cherries - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Fresh Cream - 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp
Salt - a pinch

Method:

  • Boil milk in a pan.
  • Keep in low flame and boil it.
  • Boil till it reduces to 3/4 cups.
  • Add salt and turn off heat.
  • Mix corn flour in  1 tbsp of water.
  • Add this to milk and mix well.
  • Now boil this mixture for a min or so.
  • It should thicken, it takes app 2 mins.
  • Now add chopped chocolates and stir till it melts.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • Now refrigerate this mixture for 15 mins.
  • Refer Step 1 picture.
  • After this step add in chopped cherries and mix well.
  • Refer Step 2 picture.
  • Now refrigerate this.
  • In a bowl add the fresh cream and beat till you get stiff peaks.
  • Now gently add the refrigerated mix to this cream and mix.
  • Transfer this to a bowl and refrigerate.
  • Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Scoop and enjoy.

Note:
  • When you beat fresh cream, do whip over and icebath.
  • Also refrigerate the bowl and blades of beater till you use.
  • Then do the whipping.
