Ingredients:
Idly batter - 1 cup
Potato - 2
Carrot - Small piece
Green Peas - 1/4 cup
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Red Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt,Oil, Water - As reqd
Method:
- Boil veggies,strain and set aside.
- Heat oil in pan and add boiled and mashed veggies.
- Add masala powders, salt and mix up.
- Transfer this to a plate and set aside.
- In a bowl take idly batter and add the stuffing.
- Mix well.
- Deep fry in oil and a serve veg punugulu.
Note:
You can also use paniyaaram kal to make this.
