Ingredients:
Butterscotch ice-cream- 2 cups
All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups
Sugar - 1/4 cups (optional)
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Almonds - 6(sliced)
Method:
- In a bowl take ice-cream and set aside for few minutes to melt a bit.
- Add in flour, salt and baking powder.
- Mix this nicely.
- The batter will be thick.
- If its too thick add little milk.
- Grease a pan and place butter paper.
- Transfer the batter to this and level it.
- Top it with sliced almonds.
- Bake this in a preheated oven(OTG) at 180°C for 20-25 mins.
Note:
- You can add sugar if you find to be less sweet.
- Or you can drizzle caramel sauce or chocolate sauce and serve.
