Ingredients:
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Butter - 40 g
Fresh Cream - 1/4 cup
Method:
- Heat a pan and add sugar.
- Cook this in low flame.
- Once it changes in color add butter and mix up.
- Add fresh cream and mix well.
- Once it mixes nicely, transfer this to bowl.
- Let it cool and then store.
- It will be of semithick consistency.
- Can use this to top cakes, ice creams etc.
