Ingredients:
Egg - 2
Green Chilly - 1-2
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Cloves - 1
Bay Leaf - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 1/2 tsp
Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/8 tsp
Salt, Ghee, Butter - As reqd
Coriander leaves - little
Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Method:
Egg - 2
Green Chilly - 1-2
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1

Bay Leaf - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 1/2 tsp
Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/8 tsp
Salt, Ghee, Butter - As reqd
Coriander leaves - little
Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Method:
- First saute rice in ghee and keep aside.
- Add water and a clove to this rice and half cook.
- Strain water if any.
- Boil eggs and set aside.
- Heat butter in and add bay leaf.
- Now add slice onion and then ginger garlic paste and saute for a while.
- Add finely chopped tomatoes and saute till it turns soft.
- Then add eggs and saute for a while.
- Now add salt, pav masala and red chilly powder and saute till raw smell goes.
- Add rice to this and cook for few minutes.
- Finally add garam masala and mix up.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve with onion raita or any gravy.
