Ingredients:
Groundnut - 1 cup
Besan flour - 1/4 cup
Rice Flour - 1 tbsp
Garlic flakes - 6 (with skin)
Fennel powder - 1/8 tsp
Hing - a pinch
Curry Leaves - Little
Oil,Salt, Water - As reqd
Method:
Groundnut - 1 cup

Method:
- Dry roast groundnuts and set aside.
- Crush or blend garlic coarsely and set aside.
- In a bowl add roasted nuts and add salt to it.
- Add chilly powder, crushed garlic, fennel powder.
- Add hing, gram flour, rice flour and mix well.
- Sprinkle water and mix up and set aside for few mins.
- Heat oil in pan and fry these nuts.
- Transfer this to serving bowl.
- Fry curry leaves and add before serving.
