Ingredients:
Channa - 1 cup
Grated Coconut - 2 tbs
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd
Hing - Little
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dhal - 1/2 tsp
Dry Red Chilly - 1
Curry Leaves - Little
To Grind :
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Channa dal - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilly - 2
Method:
Channa - 1 cup
Grated Coconut - 2 tbs

To Grind :
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Channa dal - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilly - 2
Method:
- Soak channa overnight, add water and salt and pressure cook.
- Strain water and set aside.
- Dry roast items under "to grind" and grind it to a powder.
- Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal.
- Add chilly and curyy leaves.
- Now add channa and grinded powder and mix up.
- Add grated coconut and mix nicely.
- Finally add hing and serve the healthy sundal.
