Cinnamon Braids


Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 3/4 cup
All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Unsalted butter - 2 tbsp (melted)
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/8 tsp
Dry yeast - 1/4 + 1/8 tsp
Warm water -  1 tbsp
Warm milk - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1 tbsp(for milk wash)
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Chocolate syrup or spread - 2 tbsp

Method:
  • In a bowl add sugar, yeast and warm water and set aside.
  • In other bowl take flour, salt and mix well.
  • Once yeast is activated add it to flour and mix with a spoon.
  • Now add butter, warm milk and make a dough.
  • Set this aside for proofing.
  • Once it doubles up in size punch down and knead.
  • Roll it to a big circle.
  • Apply chocolate spread all over (leaving corners).
  • In  a bowl mix cinnamon powder and sugar.
  • Sprinkle this on top of chocolate spread.
  • Roll this tightly.
  • Now leaving 1/2 inch on top make a slit.
  • Place one twist over other till end.
  • Place this in a lined baking tray.
  • Apply milk wash.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven(OTG) at 180°C for 12-15 mins.
  • Once baked apply butter(when warm).

Paneer Tikka Gravy #2


Ingredients:

Onion - 1
Tomato - 3 (make puree)
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Dried Kasuri methi -1 tsp
Fresh Cream - 1/4 cup
Salt, Water, Oil - As reqd
Coriander leaves - Fine chopped

For Tikka:

Paneer - 1 pack (cube and set aside)
Hung curd - 3 tbsp
Tandoori masala - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Dried kasuri methi leaves - Little (crush and add)
Salt - 1/2 tsp

Method:


  • In a bowl add items under "for tikka" and mix well.
  • Set this aside for an hour.
  • Heat little oil in pan and roast these paneer pieces and set aside.
  • Heat oil in pan and add onion and saute for a while.
  • Add cumin powder, ginger garlic paste and saute for a while.
  • Add tomato puree and little water and cook till gravy thickens a bit.
  • Add masala powder, salt and mix well.
  • Cook in low flame till raw smell goes.
  • Add fresh cream, if gravy is too thick you can add little water.
  • Now add paneer pieces and mix up.
  • Add crushed methi leaves and then garnish with coriander leaves.
  • This goes good with poori/chapathi


Veg Punugulu #1


Ingredients:

Idly batter - 1 cup
Potato - 2
Carrot - Small piece
Green Peas - 1/4 cup
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Red Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt,Oil, Water - As reqd

Method:

  • Boil veggies,strain and set aside.
  • Heat oil in pan and add boiled and mashed veggies.
  • Add masala powders, salt and mix up.
  • Transfer this to a plate and set aside.
  • In a bowl take idly batter and add the stuffing.
  • Mix well.
  • Deep fry in oil and a serve veg punugulu.

Note:
You can also use paniyaaram kal to make this.

Braided Jam Treat


Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 3/4 cup
All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Unsalted butter - 2 tbsp (melted)
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/8 tsp
Dry yeast - 1/4 + 1/8 tsp
Warm water -  1 tbsp
Warm milk - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1 tbsp(for milk wash)
Jam - 4 tbsp

Method:
  • In a bowl add sugar, yeast and warm water and set aside.
  • In other bowl take flour, salt and mix well.
  • Once yeast is activated add it to flour and mix with a spoon.
  • Now add butter, warm milk and make a dough.
  • Set this aside for proofing.
  • Once it doubles up in size punch down and knead.
  • Divide into equal ball.
  • Roll a ball to oval shape.
  • Use double boiler and melt jam and set aside.
  • Apply jam in the mid.
  • Make slits on eitherside(like fish bone).
  • Bring the slit ends together and make a braid.
  • Place this in a lined baking tray.
  • Apply milk wash.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven(OTG) at 180°C for 12-15 mins.
  • Once baked apply butter(when warm).

Bread Samosa




Ingredients:

Sandwich Bread - 5
Potato - 2
Carrot - Small piece
Green Peas - 1/4 cup
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Red Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Maida - 2 tbsp
Salt,Oil, Water - As reqd

Method:

  • Boil veggies,strain and set aside.
  • Heat oil in pan and add boiled and mashed veggies.
  • Add masala powders, salt and mix up.
  • Transfer this to a plate and set aside.
  • Now in a bowl add maida and little water and make a paste.
  • Cut the corners of bread and roll it thin.
  • Now cut into triangles.
  • Apply maida paste and fold like a cone.
  • Spoon the filling in and apply maida paste and fold like samosa.
  • Deep fry in oil or bake and serve with ketchup.


Note:
If bread is not rolled thin, it will absorb oil.

Sweet Bread Dough


Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 3 cups
Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup (melted)
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp
Warm water - 1/4 cup
Warm milk - 3/4 cup

Method:
  • In a bowl add sugar, yeast and warm water and set aside.
  • In other bowl take flour, salt and mix well.
  • Once yeast is activated add it to flour and mix with a spoon.
  • Now add butter, warm milk and make a dough.
  • Set this aside for proofing.
  • Once it doubles up in size punch down and knead.
  • Use it in your recipes as required.
  • You can make sweet buns, breads, stuffed braided breads/buns etc.
  •  Or Bake this in a preheated oven(OTG) at 180°C for 12-15 mins.
Note:
  • While baking apply milk wash/egg  wash.
  • Once baked apply butter for glossy effect. 
  • Line the baking tray with butter paper.
  • I made braided bread with this.

Beetroot Thokku

Ingredients:

Beetroot - 1
Carrot - small piece (optional)
Channa dal - 1 tbsp
Dry Red chilly - 4
Garlic flakes - 3
Tamrind - small piece
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd

Method:

  • Heat little oil in pan and add channa dal.
  • Saute for a while and then add chilly and garlic.
  • Saute for few mins and then add diced carrot and beetroot.
  • Saute till raw smell goes.
  • Add tamrind piece and transfer to a plate.
  • Add reqd salt and little water and grind to a paste.
  • Heat oil in pan and add mustard, cumin and urad dal.
  • Add this to thokku.
  • Beetroot thokku goes good with idly/dosa.

Poondu Parupu Podi - Andhra Spl




Ingredients:

Urad dal - 1/4 cup or 55 g
Thoor dal - 1/4 cup or 42 g
Channa dal -1/4 cup or 55 g
Dry red chilly - 4
Garlic flakes - 6 (use with skin)
Salt - 1 tbsp
Hing - a pinch
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig

Method:

  • Dry roast dal one by one and set aside.
  • Now fry chilly and garlic and tranfer to a plate.
  • In same pan add in salt and hing and saute for few seconds.
  • Do roast currry leaves and transfer to the plate.
  • Now blend this to a nice powder.
  • Andhra special poondu parupu podi is ready.
  • Can have with idly/doasa and even mixed in rice.

Baby Aloo Muttar Gravy

Ingredients:
Baby Aloo - 5
Peas/Muttar - 3tbsp
Tomato - 2
Onion - 1
Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Corainder Leaves - Little
Salt, Water, Butter - As reqd

Method:

  • Boil potato and peas and set aside.
  • Blend half onion and tomatoes.
  • Now heat butter in pan and add fine chopped onion(the other half).
  • Saute for a while and add ginger garlic paste.
  • Add in puree and cook till butter oozes out.
  • Add in chilly powder and cook till raw smell goes.
  • Add boiled peas and potato and reqd salt and water.
  • Let this boil for few mins.
  • Finally add garam masala and mix up.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • This goes good with poori.

Jam Delight


Ingredients:

Cookie dough - 1/4 cup
Jam - 1 tbsp

Method:
  • Take required amount cookie dough
  • Make small balls.
  • Press in middle and place jam.
  • Arrange these in a lined baking tray.
  • Bake them in a preheated oven(OTG) at 180°C for 10-12 mins.
  • These are chewable cookies.
 




Double Choco


Ingredients:

Cookie dough - 1/4 cup
Coco powder - 3 tbsp
White Chocolate chips - 2 tsp

Method:
  • Take required amount cookie dough and add coco powder.
  • Mix them nicely.
  • Add white chocolate chips and mix them.
  • Arrange these in a lined baking tray.
  • Bake them in a preheated oven(OTG) at 180°C for 10-12 mins.
 




Sprinkler Fun


Ingredients:

Cookie dough - 1/4 cup
Sprinklers - 3 tbsp

Method:
  • Take required amount cookie dough and add sprinklers.
  • Mix them nicely.
  • Make small balls.
  • Arrange these in a lined baking tray.
  • Bake them in a preheated oven(OTG) at 180°C for 10-12 mins.
  • These are chewable cookies.
 




Choco Crinkles


Ingredients:

Cookie dough - 1/4 cup
Coco powder - 2 tbsp
Powdered Sugar - 1/4 cup

Method:
  • Take required amount cookie dough and add cocoa powder.
  • Mix them nicely.
  • Make small balls and roll them nicely in powdered sugar.
  • Arrange these in a lined baking tray.
  • Bake them in a preheated oven(OTG) at 180°C for 10-12 mins
   


 

Cookie Dough - 1 : M Cookies


Ingredients:

Butter - 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
Powdered Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Egg - 1tsp
Vanilla esc - 1 tsp

Method:


  • Melt butter and set aside for few mins.
  • Now add brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla esc and mix well.
  • Add in egg and whisk well.
  • Now add flour, salt, baking soda and mix nicely.
  • This will form a sticky dough.
  • Refrigerate this dough for 2 1/2 hours.
  • Then scoop a portion and make cookie of your choice.
  • I made the following cookies,


     (1) Nuts Cookies
          Took a portion of dough and added 2 tbsp of chopped nuts(cashew and almond).
     (2) Choco Crinkles 
          Took a portion and dough and added 2 tbsp of cocoa powder.
           Divided this into 3 balls.
           Rolled the two balls in icing sugar.
     (3) Jam Delight
         Took a small portion of dough and placed a tbsp of jam.
     (4) Double Choco 
          Used the ball left in (2).
          Added 1 tsp of white chocolate chips.
    (5) Oats Raisin
       Took a portion of cookie dough and added 2 tbsp of oats.
       Also added 6-7 raisins and mixed.
    (6) Sprinkler Fun
         Took a portion of cookie dough and added 2 tbsp of sprinklers.
    (7) Peanut Munch
         Took a portion of cookie dough and added a tbsp of peanuts.
          For a twist I crushed and added kadalamittai(groundnut cake).

  • Arrange these in a lined baking tray.
  • Bake them in a preheated oven(OTG) at 180°C for 10-12 mins.


Note:
  • These cookies are chewable.
  • Portion - 1/4 cup

     
     


   


Poundcake - Eggless



Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 105 g
Sugar - 75 g
Milk powder -  50 g
Vanilla esc - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 50 g
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Curd - 60 ml
Milk - 60 ml
Water -  60 ml

Method:

  • In a bowl add milk, water and curd and set aside.
  • In other bowl cream butter and sugar.
  • Add vanilla esc.
  • Add flour, baking powder, baking soda.
  • Mix well and add wet ingredients.
  • Mix nicely.
  • Grease a pan with butter and transfer the batter to it.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven(OTG) at 160°C for 25-30 mins.


Note:
I added chopped cashew nuts to this.

Dates Walnut Muffin - Eggless



Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Dates - 10 - 12
Walnuts - 4 tbsp (chopped)
Milk - 1 cup
Butter - 30 g 
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp

Method:
  • In a bowl add butter and sugar and cream it.
  • Take little milk(hot) and soak dates for 10 mins.
  • Then blend it to a paste.
  • Add this to butter mix and mix up.
  • Then add remaining milk and mix well.
  • Add in flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  • Mix this nicely and add cinnamon powder.
  • Add finely chopped walnuts and mix up.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 15-20 mins.

Note:
If you don't have cinnamon powder you can add vanilla esc.

Bombay Tawa Pulav #2

Ingredients:

  Egg - 2
  Green Chilly - 1-2
  Onion - 1
  Tomato - 1
  Cloves - 1
  Bay Leaf - 1
  Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 1/2 tsp
  Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  Garam Masala - 1/8 tsp
  Salt, Ghee, Butter - As reqd
  Coriander leaves - little
  Basmati Rice - 1 cup
  

Method:
  • First saute rice in ghee and keep aside.
  • Add water and a clove to this rice and half cook.
  • Strain water if any.
  • Boil eggs and set aside.
  • Heat butter in and add bay leaf.
  • Now add slice onion and then ginger garlic paste and saute for a while.
  • Add finely chopped tomatoes and saute till it turns soft.
  • Then add eggs and saute for a while.
  • Now add salt, pav masala and red chilly powder and saute till raw smell goes.
  • Add rice to this and cook for few minutes.
  • Finally add garam masala and mix up.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve with onion raita or any gravy.

Masala Kadalai / Groundnut / Peanut #1

Ingredients:

Groundnut - 1 cup
Besan flour - 1/4 cup
Rice Flour - 1 tbsp
Garlic flakes - 6 (with skin)
Fennel powder - 1/8 tsp
Hing - a pinch
Curry Leaves - Little
Oil,Salt, Water - As reqd

Method:

  • Dry roast groundnuts and set aside.
  • Crush or blend garlic coarsely and set aside.
  • In a bowl add roasted nuts and add salt to it.
  • Add chilly powder, crushed garlic, fennel powder.
  • Add hing, gram flour, rice flour and mix well.
  • Sprinkle water and mix up and set aside for few mins.
  • Heat oil in pan and fry these nuts.
  • Transfer this to serving bowl.
  • Fry curry leaves and add before serving.

Vaendaya KaraKozhambu - Chettinaad Style


Ingredients:

Small Onion - 6 - 8
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Dry Red chilly - 1
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Coriander Leaves - Little
Hing - a pinch
Tamrind  - Lemon size
Salt, Oil - As reqd

To Grind:
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek/vaendayam - 1 tsp
Pepper corns - 1 tsp
Channa dal - 2 tsp
Coriander seeds - 3 tsp
Dry red chilly - 6
Garlic flakes - 4-5
Grated coconut - 1 cup

Method:


  • Soak tamrind in water.
  • After a while strain this and keep aside.
  • Dry roast items under "to grind" and blend to a paste and set aside.
  • Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds, red chilly and curry leaves.
  • Add onion and saute for a while.
  • Add tamrind water and let it boil for few mins.
  • Add salt and grinded paste and mix well.
  • Cook till you get kozhambu consistency.
  • Finally add hing and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.


Note:
This tastes better the next day.

Aval Halwa



Ingredients:
Aval - 1 cup
Water - Little
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/4 cup
Kesri color - Little
Saffron strands - Little
Cashew nuts - 6-7(broken)
Ghee - 3 tbsp

Method:

  • In a bowl add aval and add little water.
  • Wash this and strain and set aside.
  • In a pan add ghee and roast nuts and set aside.
  • In the same pan add ghee and aval and saute.
  • Add in milk and cook in low flame till aval is cooked.
  • Add sugar and mix well and cook till all binds together.
  • Add kesari color and ghee and keep stirring till you get halwa consistency.
  • You can mash the aval.
  • Add in nuts and garnish with saffron.
  • Serve this quick sweet.

Healthy Bites


Ingredients:

Nuts - 1/4 cup (Cashew & badam, chopped)
Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
Dates - 1 cup(deseeded)
Ghee - 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Grind dates and set aside.
  • Dry roast poppy seeds(in low flame) and transfer to a plate.
  • Heat ghee in pan and add nuts and saute.
  • Transfer this to a bowl.
  • In the same pan add dates and keep mixing in low flame.
  • After few mins(like 4 mins) add the nuts and mix well.
  • Transfer this to a bowl and after few mins roll it like a log.
  • Roll this out in poppy seeds and cover with butter paper.
  • Refrigerate for 30 mins and then slice it and serve.
  • This is a replication of sweet available in shops.

Malpua


Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 1 cup
Khoya - 1/4 cup
Fennel seeds powder - 1/4 tsp
Elaichi powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - pinch
Ghee - 2  tbsp

Sugar Syrup:
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Water - 1/8 cup

Rabadi:
Milk - 2 cup
Elaichi powder - 1/2 tsp
Saffron strands - 4-5
Pista - 2 tbsp(chopped)

Method:

  • In a bowl boil milk.
  • Once it starts to boil, low the flame and add sugar and mix well.
  • Keep stirring and do scrape the sides and mix well.
  • Add in saffron strands and boil till it is of creamy consistency.
  • Once done add elaichi powder and pistas and mix well.
  • Transfer this to a bowl.
  • In a pan add sugar and water and boil.
  • Keep boiling till you get a sticky.
  • Once done place this bowl in warm water.
  • Now take a bowl add flour, khoya, fennel seeds and elaichi powder.
  • Add salt and ghee and mix well.
  • Add water little by little and form a thick batter(like idly batter).
  • Heat oil in pan.
  • Take a laddle of battle and pour in this oil.
  • Flip and cook till golden brown.
  • Add this fried malpuas to sugar syrup and transfer to a plate.
  • Top it with rabadi and serve.


Note:
You can chill rabadi or serve hot too.


Kadhamba Chutney #1



Ingredients:

Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Garlic Flakes - 4
Ginger - small piece
Dry Red chilly - 3
Green Chilly - 1
Coconut - 2 tbsp
Mint Leaves - Little
Curry Leaves - Little
Coriander Leaves - Little
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Tamrind - small piece
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd.

Method:


  • In a pan add little oil and add red chilly and saute.
  • Add onion, tomato, garlic, ginger and saute for a while.
  • Add in green chilly, coconut, mint, curry and coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Add tamrind and saute for a while.
  • Let this cool and then grind it by adding salt and required water.
  • Heat oil in pan and add mustard and urad dal.
  • Add this to chutney.
  • This goes good with idly/dosa.

Vazhaithandu poreyal


Ingredients:

Vazhaithandu - 1 medium size
Dry red chilly - 3
Split moong dal - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -  a pinch(optional)
Curry Leaves - Little
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd

Method:


  • Remove the outer part of thandu and cut into small pieces.
  • In a bowl take water and add little curd and mix up.
  • Add thandu pieces to this.
  • Now in a bowl add dal, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Add thandu to this and mix nicely and set aside for few mins.
  • The water will come out, strain this and keep. 
  • Now heat oil in pan and add mustard and cumin seeds.
  • Add curry leaves and chilly and thandu mix.
  • Mix all nicely, if needed you can sprinkle the strained water.
  • Cook in low flame till its cooked.

Brown Channa Sundal

Ingredients:

Channa - 1 cup
Grated Coconut - 2 tbs
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd
Hing - Little
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dhal -  1/2 tsp
Dry Red Chilly - 1
Curry Leaves - Little

To Grind :
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Channa dal - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilly - 2

Method:

  • Soak channa overnight, add water and salt and pressure cook.
  • Strain water and set aside.
  • Dry roast items under "to grind" and grind it to a powder.
  • Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal.
  • Add chilly and curyy leaves.
  • Now add channa and grinded powder and mix up.
  • Add grated coconut and mix nicely.
  • Finally add hing and serve the healthy sundal.

Caramel Sauce #1


Ingredients:

Sugar - 1/2 cup
Butter - 40 g
Fresh Cream - 1/4 cup

Method:

  • Heat a pan and add sugar.
  • Cook this in low flame.
  • Once it changes in color add butter and mix up.
  • Add fresh cream and mix well.
  • Once it mixes nicely, transfer this to bowl.
  • Let it cool and then store.
  • It will be of semithick consistency.
  • Can use this to top cakes, ice creams etc.

Mango Choco Swirls IceCream Cake



After Baking

B4 Baking

Ingredients:

Mango ice-cream- 1 cup
All purpose flour -1/2 cups
Sugar - 1/4 cups
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Chocolate Sauce - 2 tbsp

Method:

  • In a bowl take ice-cream and set aside for few minutes to melt a bit.
  • Add in flour, salt and baking powder.
  • Mix this nicely.
  • The batter will be thick.
  • If its too thick add little milk.
  • Grease a pan and place butter paper.
  • Transfer the batter to this and level it.
  • Add chocolate sauce and make swirl patterns.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven(OTG) at 180°C for 20-25 mins.



Butterscotch IceCream Cake



Ingredients:

Butterscotch ice-cream- 2 cups
All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups
Sugar - 1/4 cups (optional)
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Almonds - 6(sliced)

Method:

  • In a bowl take ice-cream and set aside for few minutes to melt a bit.
  • Add in flour, salt and baking powder.
  • Mix this nicely.
  • The batter will be thick.
  • If its too thick add little milk.
  • Grease a pan and place butter paper.
  • Transfer the batter to this and level it.
  • Top it with sliced almonds.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven(OTG) at 180°C for 20-25 mins.


Note:
  • You can add sugar if you find to be less sweet.
  • Or you can drizzle caramel sauce or chocolate sauce and serve.

Wheat Cheesy Braided Brioche



Ingredients:

For Dough:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Dry yeast - 1 tsp
Egg - 1
Sugar - 2 tsp
Salt - 1/8 tsp
Lukewarm water - 1/4 cup
Milk - 2 - 3 tbsp
Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup (melted)

For Stuffing:
Cheese - 1 cup (grated)
Redchilly flakes - 1/2 tbsp
Italian seasoning - 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
All purpose flour - 1 tsp
Pasta Sauce - 1 cup
Salt - pinch

Egg - 1 (for egg wash)
Sesamae seeds - 1 tsp

Method:


  • In a bowl add grated cheese and red chilly flakes.
  • Add italian seasoning, pepper powder, flour.
  • Add little salt and mix them and set aside.
  • In a bowl add yeast, sugar and lukewarm water and set side.
  • In other bowl add flour, salt, egg, milk and mix well.
  • Once yeast is activated add to the flour mix and mix well.
  • Set this dough for an hour for proofing.
  • After an hour, dust the surface and punch the dough.
  • Divide into four equal parts.
  • Make four round shaped discs.
  • Now take the first disc and apply pasta sauce and sprinkle cheese stuffing.
  • Cover it with 2nd disc and repeat the same for 3rd too.
  • Now cover 3rd disc with 4th and press all sides gently.
  • Take a small lid and press in center.
  • Then make cuts (16 slits) like a flower.
  • Twist each one and join two such twists.
  • This will give a floral shape.
  • Apply egg wash.
  • Then sprinkle sesamae seeds in the center.
  • Preheat the oven(OTG) at 190°C and bake for 20-30 mins.
  • Serve this with sauce.
