Ingredients:
Green gram - 1 cup
Hing - A pinch
Red Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tbsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Green chilly - 1-2
Bread Crumbs - 3-4 tbsp
Salt, Oil - As reqd
Method:
Green gram - 1 cup
Hing - A pinch
Red Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tbsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Green chilly - 1-2
Bread Crumbs - 3-4 tbsp
Salt, Oil - As reqd
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add hing.
- Then add boiled green gram and saute.
- Then add green chilly and all masala powders.
- Let it cool.
- Add bread crumbs to this and grind it.
- Make desired shapes and keep aside.
- Heat oil in pan and fry these.
- Serve this crispy dal with tamarind sauce or mint sauce.
