Ingredients:
Chicken - 250 g(half boil)
Chilly-1
Onion- 2
Curry leaves- Little
Cashew- 2 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Egg - 1
Milk- 50 ml
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
White pepper - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Fennel powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt, oil - As reqd
Chocolate sauce:
Butter - 3 tsp
Sugar - 3 tsp
Tomato sauce - 3 tsp
Cocoa powder - 2 tsp
Method:

Method:
- In a bowl add onion, curry leaves, cashew, corn flour, egg, milk and ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Then add required salt and masala powders.
- Grind this mixture and chicken to it,
- Make chocobar shaped patties.
- Heat oil in pan and deep fry it and keep aside.
- Heat a pan add butter and then sugar and saute for a while.
- Add tomato sauce and mix well.
- Add cocoa powder and mix well.
- Add the fried pieces to this and toss it.
- Remove from pan and insert pop sticks to it.
- You can serve this hot or refrigerate and can serve chill.
