Mutta Surka



Ingredients:

Raw Rice - 350 g ( 1 1/2 cup)
Boiled Rice (Saadham/cooked rice) - 1/2 cup
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd

Method:

  • In a bowl add raw rice and water.
  • Let it soak for 4 hours.
  • Strain water and add it to blender.
  • Add very little water and add required salt.
  • Blend this.
  • Add 1/2 cup cooked rice.
  • Blend this to a fine paste.
  • The batter should be between dosa batter and idly batter consistency.
  • Heat oil in pan and add a laddle of batter.
  • Cook in low flame.
  • It will puff up.
  • Flip and cook for a minute.
  • Refer video for the same.
  • Serve hot with spicy gravy of your choice.
