Ingredients:
Plantain - 2
Pepper - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp or As reqd
Oil - As reqd

Method:
- Peel the skin of plantain.
- Use chips cutter and make thin slices.
- Place these slices in water filled bowl.
- Heat oil in pan.
- Drain the water and spread in a plate.
- Add into oil and fry them.
- Once the sizzling sound stops take them off.
- Drain in tissue paper and transfer to airtight container.
- Finally add in pepper and salt and toss them up.
- Crispy chips ready.
