Mascarpone Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

Whipping Cream - 1 cup
Mascarpone Cheese - 3/4 cup
Vanilla Esc - 1 tsp
Icing sugar - 1 tbsp

Method:


  • In a bowl beat whipped cream till you get stiff peaks.
  • Add in vanilla esc and mascarpone cheese.
  • Add in icing sugar and fold gently.

Note:

If your whipped cream does'nt have added sugar, then add  2 tbsp of sugar.
