Ingredients:
Whipping Cream - 1 cup
Mascarpone Cheese - 3/4 cup
Vanilla Esc - 1 tsp
Icing sugar - 1 tbsp
Method:
Note:
If your whipped cream does'nt have added sugar, then add 2 tbsp of sugar.

Method:
- In a bowl beat whipped cream till you get stiff peaks.
- Add in vanilla esc and mascarpone cheese.
- Add in icing sugar and fold gently.
