Crispy Corn Barbeque Nation Style




Ingredients:

Corn Kernels -
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 tbsp
Onion - 1 (fine chop)
Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves - Fine Chop
Salt, Oil- As reqd

Method:

  • In a bowl add in corn kernels, flour, pepper powder, salt and mix well.
  • Add 1/2 tbsp water and mix up so that flour sticks to corn.
  • Heat oil in pan and fry these in medium flame.
  • Do cover and fry as corn pops.
  • Once the sizzling sound reduces remove corn.
  • Place it in tissue paper layered plate.
  • After straining the oil add it to a bowl.
  • Add in onion, chilly powder, chat masala.
  • Add in finely chopped coriander leaves and give a toss.
  • Serve immediately.
