Ingredients:
Corn Kernels -
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 tbsp
Onion - 1 (fine chop)
Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves - Fine Chop
Salt, Oil- As reqd
Method:
- In a bowl add in corn kernels, flour, pepper powder, salt and mix well.
- Add 1/2 tbsp water and mix up so that flour sticks to corn.
- Heat oil in pan and fry these in medium flame.
- Do cover and fry as corn pops.
- Once the sizzling sound reduces remove corn.
- Place it in tissue paper layered plate.
- After straining the oil add it to a bowl.
- Add in onion, chilly powder, chat masala.
- Add in finely chopped coriander leaves and give a toss.
- Serve immediately.
