Ingredients:
Desiccated coconut - 70 g + 2 tbsp
Milkmaid - 45 g
Rose esc - 2 tsp
Rose Milk esc - a drop
Pink color - optional
Method:
- In a bowl add in desiccated coconut (70 g) and milkmaid.
 - Mix well.
 - Add in esc and pink color.
 - Mix well and make balls.
 - Roll these in desiccated coconut (2 tbsp) and serve.
 - Yields 12-15 truffles.
