Ingredients:
Tomato - 2
Onion - 1
Garlic flakes - 4-5
Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - Handful(fine chop)
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and add diced onion, tomato and garlic.
- Saute this for a while.
- Let it cool and blend and set aside.
- In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds.
- Once it splutters, add the grinded paste.
- Cook in low flame.
- Add chilly powder,salt and coriander leaves.
- Add water if needed.
- Cook in low flame for 3-4 mins.
- Restaurant style chutney ready.
