Ingredients:
Condensed Milk - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Chopped Nuts - 2 tbsp(pista and badam)
MTR rasagullas - 5-6
Saffron strands - 4
Method:
- In a bowl add condensed milk and milk and mix well.
- Add saffron strands in a tbsp of milk and set aside.
- Heat a pan and add condensed milk and milk mixture.
- Cook in low flame for few mins.
- Add saffron milk and once it thickens add the nuts.
- Transfer this to a bowl.
- You rabadi is ready.
- Take the rasagullas and squeeze a bit(use 2 spoons/ lemon squeezer).
- Add these to serving bowls.
- Top with rabadi.
- Quick and yummy rasamalai is ready.
