Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 2 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Salt - As reqd
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - Little
Water - As reqd
Curd - 3 tbsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Kalonji Seeds - 1 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Stuffing:
Potato - 2 (boiled and mashed)
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt - As reqd
Method:
Wheat Flour - 2 cup

Method:
- Take flour in a bowl and add salt and sugar.
- Then add baking soda, baking powder and mix well.
- Add curd, milk and ghee and mix well.
- Add water little by little and make a dough.
- Set this aside for an hour.
- In a bowl add items under stuffing and mix well.
- Take a small ball and roll it.
- Place a spoon of stuffing and seal it.
- Sprinkle kalonji seeds and little coriander leaves.
- Keep this downwards and roll it.
- Apply water and place this side in tawa and cook for a min.
- Once it bubbles up flip the pan and show in flame.
- Once done apply butter and serve.
