Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 2 1/2 cups
Sugar - 2 cup
Instant coffee - 2 - 2 1/2 tbsp (dissolved in 4 tbsp water)
Chocolate chips - 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
Baking soda - 1 + 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Warm milk - 1 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/2 cup
Melted butter - 2 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar 2 tsp
Vanilla esc - 1 tsp
Chopped walnuts - 3/4 cup(app)
Method:
- Grease your cake tin and dust with flour and keep it aside.
- Sift all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder 4 - 5 times.
- In a mixing bowl, add sugar and hot milk and beat with hand mixer till sugar is dissolved.
- Add oil and melted butter and beat until evenly mixed.
- Now add coffee decoction,vanilla essence, apple cider vinegar and just mix it evenly.
- Add the flour mix and fold in evenly.
- Now mix chocolate chips and mix.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin. Sprinkle chopped walnuts all over it.
- Place the cake tin in preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C and bake for 40-45 mins.
- Leave the cake to cool down completely and then slice and enjoy.
