Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Mawa - 140 g (crumbled 1 cup)
Milk - 1 cup
Fresh cream - 4 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Unsalted butter - 150 g
Sugar - 1 cup
Cardamon powder - 1 tsp
Method:
- In a bowl add butter and sugar and cream well.
- Add crumbled mawa and mix well.
- Add flour,baking soda, baking powder and mix well.
- Use electric beater and beat this.
- Add in milk and cream.
- Add in cardamon powder.
- Grease a pan and add in the batter.
- Top with sliced almonds.
- Bake this in preheated oven(OTG) at 180 °C for 30-35 mins.
Note:
- you can make cupcakes with same batter.
- But bake only for 18-20 mins.
