Double Coconut Cookies


Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Unsalted butter - 1/4 cup or 56 g
Coconut sugar - 4 tbsp
Dessicated coconut - 1/4 cup
Vanilla esc - 1 tsp

Method:

  • In a bowl add sugar and butter and whisk till creamy.
  • Add in flour, esc and gather the dough.
  • Cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 mins.
  • Now roll the dough between butter paper.
  • Shape them using cookie cutter.
  • Roll them in dessicated coconut.
  • Arrange them in a lined baking tray.
  • Bake this in preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 15-16 mins.
  • You will get 15 crispy cookies.
