Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Unsalted butter - 1/4 cup or 56 g
Coconut sugar - 4 tbsp
Dessicated coconut - 1/4 cup
Vanilla esc - 1 tsp
Method:
- In a bowl add sugar and butter and whisk till creamy.
- Add in flour, esc and gather the dough.
- Cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 mins.
- Now roll the dough between butter paper.
- Shape them using cookie cutter.
- Roll them in dessicated coconut.
- Arrange them in a lined baking tray.
- Bake this in preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 15-16 mins.
- You will get 15 crispy cookies.
