Oreo Buttercream Frosting

 

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter - 230 g

Powdered sugar - 360 g

Fresh cream - 30 ml

Vanilla esc - 1 tsp

Oreo Biscuits - 10-15


Method:

  • In a blender add in oreo and blend it.
  • In other bowl add in butter and beat well.
  • Add in powdered sugar little by little and whisk well.
  • Add in fresh cream and esc and whisk it.
  • Now add the oreo crumbs and whisk till you get stiff peak consistency.
