Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 cup + 1/8 tbsp
Brown Sugar - 3/4 cup
Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp or 30 g
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Milk - 1/2 cup / 120 ml
Water - 1/2 cup / 120 ml
Oil - 1/4 cup
Vanilla esc - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Method:
- Grease the cake pan and dust with flour.
- Invert and dap it to remove excess flour.
- In a bowl add the ingredients one by one, other than vinegar.
- Mix them.
- Add vinegar finally and mix it.
- Pour the batter to the cake pan.
- Dab it to remove air bubbles.
- Bake this in preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 25-28 mins.
- Gives 9 medium size cake slices.
Note:
Once you add vinegar you should bake it immediately.
