Ingredients:
Egg - 3
Dosa Battter - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 (fine chop)
Curry Leaves - fine chop
Salt - a pinch
Pepper powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 3/4 tsp
Oil - As reqd

Method:
- In a bowl break eggs and whisk well.
- Add in salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder and whisk it.
- Now add garam spice and whisk well.
- Now add the dosa batter and mix up.
- Finally add the fine chopped onions and curry leaves and whisk well.
- Heat a non-stick pan and drizzle oil.
- Now pour a laddle of batter and spread.
- Drizzle oil all over and cook in low flame.
- Flip and cook.
- Serve hot.
Note:
- You can add grated carrots too.
- Also you can make mini uthapam also.
