Ingredients:
Vanilla Mini Bites - 12-15
Jelly pack - 100 g
Desiccated coconut - 1 1/2 cup
Method:
- Bake the mini bites and set aside to cool.
- Prepare jelly as per package instructions.
- Transfer this jelly to a bowl and place a spatula in it.
- Now refrigerate, it should not set, jelly should be of flowing consistency.
- Spread the desiccated coconut in a plate.
- Now take mini bites (one by one) dip in jelly.
- Then roll in desiccated coconut.
- Repeat the same for the remaining mini bites too.
