Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 2 1/2 cups
Ghee - 2 tbsp + 1/4 cup
Salt, Water - As reqd
Method:
- In a bowl add flour, salt and mix well.
- Now add 2 tbsp ghee and water little by little.
- Knead and form a soft dough.
- Make small balls out of it.
- Roll out the dough thin.
- Now brush ghee as in picture.
- Use a pizza cutter and make thin slits as in picture.
- Just gather and roll it and tuck the edges.
- Repeat the same with other dough.
- Heat a tawa, drizzle oil in pan.
- Now take the rolled dough and press with hands and spread.
- Transfer this to tawa and flip sides and cook.
- Once done, just crush with hands and serve hot.
