Ingredients:
Paneer Kofta - 6-8
Onion - 1 (Roughly chop)
Tomato - 2 (Roughly chop)
Garlic - 3
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Clove - 1
Cinnamon stick - small piece
Green Elaichi - 1
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup
Mint Leaves - 1/4 cup
Dried Kasoori Methi Leaves - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/8 tsp
Salt, Oil, Water - As Reqd

Note:
When you add salt to gravy, add carefully as kofta balls also has salt.

Method:
- Heat oil in pan and add clove, elachi and cinnamon stick.
- Add in onions and saute.
- Add in garlic, ginger garlic paste and saute for a while.
- Now add in tomatoes and cook till it turns mushy.
- Add in chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
- Add in mint and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Let this cool and grind to a fine paste.
- Now heat oil in pan and add grinded paste and required water.
- Let it boil till you get the desired consistency, app 4-5 mins.
- Now add garam masala powder and mix well.
- Add in fried koftas and cover and cook for 2 mins.
- Finally crush and add the methi leaves.
- Serve hot with chapathi or poori.
