Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 1/4 cup
Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Unsalted butter - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Vanilla Esc - 1 tsp
Method:
Wheat flour - 1 1/4 cup

Method:
- In a bowl add flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix well.
- In other bowl add butter and condensed milk and mix well.
- Now add sugar, vinegar, vanilla esc and mix nicely till sugar dissolves.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Now add the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fill each muffin case(just add a tbsp in each case).
- Bake this in a preheated oven(OTG) at 180°C for 12-13 mins.
- Yields 18-20 mini cups.
