Ingredients:
Egg - 3
Dosa Batter - 1/2 cup
Leftover Gravy - 1 cup
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - a sprig (fine chop)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:

Method:
- I used leftover dhariwala gravy.
- In a bowl crack eggs and add pepper powder and salt.
- Whisk well and set aside.
- To this add gray, curry leaves and whisk well.
- Now add dosa batter and mix well.
- Heat a tawa and drizzle oil.
- Pour a laddle of batter and spread.
- Drizzle oil on top and then flip and cook.
- Serve hot.
- Adjust spice according to the gravy you use.
- Also with the same batter you can make paniyaaram too.
