Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 1/2 cups
Curd - 1 cup (thick curd)
Brown Sugar - 1 cup
Cococa powder - 4 tbsp
Instant Coffee powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 1/4 cup
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Esc - 3/4 tsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Salt - a pinch
Almond flakes - 2 tbsp
Walnuts - 2 tbsp

Method:
- In a bowl add flour, cocoa powder, salt, instant coffee powder.
- Set this aside.
- In a bowl add oil,sugar and curd and mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add in milk according to the thickness of batter.
- Add chopped walnuts and fold well.
- Pour the batter in muffin cases.
- Top it with almond flakes and walnuts.
- Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 32-35 mins.
- Yields 10-12 mini bites.
Note:
- To get the rich coffee flavour, you can mix the coffee powder in 1 tbsp of hot water.
- Add this in wet ingredients and use.
