CreamCheese Pound Cake


Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 1 1/2 cups
Unsalted butter - 175 g
Cream cheese - 1/2 cup
Brown sugar - 1 1/2 cups
Egg - 3
Vanilla Esc - 2 tsp
Milk - 1 tbsp

Method:

  • In a bowl cream butter and cheese.
  • Now add sugar and beat till creamy.
  • Add in esc and beat it.
  • Add 1 egg and 1/2 cup flour and beat well.
  • Same way add egg and flour alternatively and beat well.
  • Add milk and mix well.
  • Pour this batter in a greased pan.
  • Bake this in preheated oven (OTG) at 160°C for 40-45 mins.
  • Let it cool and then slice.
  • Yields 12-14 slices when made as a loaf.
