Prawn Pathia


Ingredients:

Onion - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilly powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Tomato puree - 1 1/2 cup or 300 ml
Red Chilly paste - 2 tbsp
Green Chilly - 3 (slit)
Lime juice - 1 tbsp 
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
Prawn - 10-15
Curry Leaves - Little
Oil,Salt, Water - As reqd

Method:
  • Heat oil add onion and saute.
  • Then add curry leaves and ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.
  • Add the masala powders one by one and stir it.
  • Now add in the tomato puree and red chilly paste and saute.
  • Add required water and let it boil.
  • Now add lime juice , slit green chillies.
  • Finally add in washed prawns and let it boil for few mins.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve spicy prawn pathia.
