Ingredients:
Raw Rice - 1 1/2 cup
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Garlic pods - 6
Ginger - 3 small pieces,
Mint Leaves - Little
Coriander Leaves - Little
Water, Salt - As Reqd
Method:
Raw Rice - 1 1/2 cup
Coconut - 1/2 cup

Method:
- Soak rice overnight.
- Grind rice along with coconut and other ingredients.
- Mix salt and water.
- Batter should be of milk consistency.
- Then pour in tawa like appam, but it should be very thin layer.
- Serve hot with parupu thuvayal.
