Karuvaepilai Idiyappam/Curry Leaves Idiyappam

 

Ingredients:

Curry Leaves podi - 2-3 tbsp
Dry red chilly - 1
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Oil, Salt - As reqd

Method:
  • Heat oil in pan.
  • Add in mustard seeds, cumin seeds and urad dal.
  • Deseed and add dry red chilly.
  • Add in curry leaves.
  • Crumble and idiyappam.
  • Add in podi and mix well.
  • Cook in low flame for 2 mins.
  • Serve hot.
