Ingredients:
Curry Leaves podi - 2-3 tbsp
Dry red chilly - 1
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Oil, Salt - As reqd
Method:
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add in mustard seeds, cumin seeds and urad dal.
- Deseed and add dry red chilly.
- Add in curry leaves.
- Crumble and idiyappam.
- Add in podi and mix well.
- Cook in low flame for 2 mins.
- Serve hot.
