Ingredients:
Unsalted Butter - 168 g
Icing sugar - 75 g
Gulkhand - 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a bowl cream sugar and butter.
- Add in gulkhand (1/2 tbsp) at a time and whisk well.
- Use in cakes of your choice.
Note:
- You can use caster sugar too.
- In that case, cream butter and sugar.
- Add a tbsp of water to cream it.
