Gulkhand Frosting



Ingredients:

Unsalted Butter - 168 g
Icing sugar - 75 g
Gulkhand  - 2 tbsp

Method:

  • In a bowl cream sugar and butter.
  • Add in gulkhand (1/2 tbsp) at a time and whisk well.
  • Use in cakes of your choice.

Note:

  • You can use caster sugar too.
  • In that case, cream butter and sugar.
  • Add a tbsp of water to cream it.
