Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 3/4 cup
Milk powder - 2 tbsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Tutti Frutti - 2 tbsp
Cashew - 6-7 (chop)
Almonds - 6-7 (chop)
Powdered Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Vanilla Esc - 1 tsp
Method:
- In a cup add fruit and nuts and add 1 tbsp of flour and toss well.
- Set this aside.
- In a bowl add flour, milk powder, baking soda and salt and mix well.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- In other bowl add milk and vinegar.
- Now add oil, esc and whisk well.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and fold well.
- Add the fruit and nuts and fold well.
- Fill the batter in muffin cases.
- Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180℃ for 15-17 mins.
Note:
- Toss the fruit and nuts in flour before adding to batter.
- This will prevent them from sinking to bottom.
