Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Chocochips - 2 tbsp
Warm water - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
Vanilla esc - 1tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Method:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp

Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp

Oil - 3 tbsp

Method:
- In a bowl add warm water and sugar and mix well.
- Add in esc and oil and mix well.
- Add vinegar to this and whisk well.
- Now add the dry ingredients and fold well.
- Add the chocochips and fold.
- Pour this in a lined muffin cases.
- Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 20-22 mins.
