Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Beetroot Puree - 1/2 cup
Brown sugar - 2 tbsp
Ghee- 1 1/2 tbsp
White Chocolate chips - 2 tbsp
Method:
- Grate and make beetroot puree and set aside.
- Take 1/2 cup of puree in a bowl.
- Add ghee, sugar and mix well.
- Add in flour and chocolate chips.
- Gather the dough, don't knead.
- Cling wrap and refrigerate for 20 mins.
- Then make cookies and arrange them in a lined baking tray.
- Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180 for 16-18 mins.
- This will look like cookie and texture like cake.
Note:
Sugar level varies based on sweetness of beetroot.
