Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1 1/4 cup
Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Unsalted butter - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Rasamalai Esc - 3/4 tsp
Gulab Jamun - 6 pieces
Method:
- In a bowl add flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix well.
- In other bowl add butter and condensed milk and mix well.
- Now add sugar, vinegar, esc and mix nicely till sugar dissolves.
- Now add the dry ingredients and fold well.
- Pour a tbsp of batter in each muffin case.
- Place a jamun in each case and cover with remaining batter.
- Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 25-30 mins.
- Yields 9 cupcakes.
- These cupcake will have rasmalai flavour with gulab jamun in it.
You can freeze the jamun and then cut and fill or can put one full jamun in each cupcase.
