Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Unsalted butter - 170 g
Brown sugar - 1 cup
Egg - 3
Vanilla esc - 1/2 tsp
Cherry - 3/4 cup(glazed and chopped cherries)
Method:
Wheat flour - 2 cups

Method:
- In a bowl add flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
- In other bowl cream butter and sugar.
- Add in eggs one at a time and mix well.
- Add in esc and mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients and fold.
- Finally add the chopped cherries and mix well.
- If batter is too thick, can add 1-2 tbsp of milk and fold again.
- Fill 3/4 of muffin cases.
- Bake this is a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 15-18 mins.
- Yields around 14-15 cupcakes
