Kaara Dosa |
Kaara Chutney
Ingredients:
Kaara chutney - 3 tbsp
Dosa Batter - 1 cup
Oil - As reqd
Method:
- I made Kaara chutney, but here for this recipe I blended it coarsely.
- Also tempered it with mustard seeds.
- Heat dosa tawa, pour a laddle of batter.
- Spread it and drizzle oil.
- Now add a tbsp of kaara chutney and spread all over dosa.
- Serve hot.
