Ingredients:
Bourbon biscuits - 120 g
Milk - 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp
Eno (regular) - 1/2 tsp
Cashew - 6 (fine chop)
Almonds - 6 (fine chop)
Method:
- Add biscuits to the blender and make a fine powder.
- Transfer this to a bowl.
- Add in milk and mix well.
- Add eno and mix well.
- Transfer this batter to a greased pan.
- Top it with nuts of your choice.
- Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 20-22 mins.
- Let it cool and then slice and enjoy.
