Ingredients:
Potato - 1 (boiled)
Corn Kernels - 1/2 cup (boiled)
Onion - 1 (medium size, fine chop)
Kashmiri chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Salt, Oil - As reqd
Method:
Potato - 1 (boiled)
Corn Kernels - 1/2 cup (boiled)

Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup

Method:
- Boil potato and corn.
- Blend the corn corasely and transfer to bowl.
- To the same bowl add mashed potato.
- Add in onion and spice powders.
- Add in salt and mix well.
- Add in rice flour and bread crumbs and mix well.
- Shape it as you wish and fry and serve.
- Enjoy the kebab with sauce/green chutney.
