Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Custard powder - 2 tbsp (vanilla flavour)
Milk - 2 tbsp
Unsalted butter - 50 g
Rose esc - 1/2 tsp
Tutti Frutti - 1/2 cup
Method:
- In a bowl add custard powder, flour and baking powder and mix well.
- In other bowl cream butter and sugar.
- Add in esc and mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients and tutti frutti.
- Gently bring the dough together.
- If it is too dry add milk, if not skip adding milk.
- Shape this dough to a log and cling wrap.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.(I refrigerated overnight).
- Now unwrap and cut the cookies.
- Arrange them in a lined baking tray.
- Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 13-15 mins.
- Let it cool and then store in airtight container.
- This yields 20 cookies.
