Ingredients:
Onion - 1 (fine chop)
Tomato - 1 (fine chop)
Egg - 4
Sambar thool - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Tandoori masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Salt, Oil - As reqd
Method:
Onion - 1 (fine chop)

Method:
- In a bowl break open eggs and whisk it.
- Add little salt and pepper powder and whisk it.
- Set this aside.
- Heat oil in pan and add curry leaves.
- Add in onion and ginger garlic paste and saute well.
- Add in tomato and saute till it turns mushy.
- Cook in low flame.
- Add in spice powders and salt and mix well.
- Now add the egg mix and keep stirring.
- Enjoy the hot egg kothu/puttu.
